To ensure a professional learning environment and maintain the integrity of our training programs, the following policies apply to all students of Aikaro Sports Academy:
1.Registration and Payment
•Students must pay a non-refundable registration fee at the time of enrollment to secure their place in any course.
•Course fees must be paid in full as per the agreed payment terms. All signed payment agreements must be honored until the course is fully paid.
2.Refund Policy
•All fees, including the registration fee, are strictly non-refundable.
•Once enrolled, students are not eligible for any refunds, regardless of withdrawal, non-completion, or failure to attend the course.
3.Course Completion
•All courses must be completed within the prescribed time frame as outlined at the time of enrollment. Failure to do so may result in deregistration.
•If the maximum course period expires, students will be required to re-register and pay full course fees to continue.
•Extensions or reactivation of courses will incur additional administrative fees and are subject to approval by the academy.
4.Examinations and Certifications
•All examinations and certifications must be completed within the specified timeline. Extensions will require reactivation fees, and failing to meet deadlines may result in deregistration.
5.Intellectual Property
•All course materials, videos, training guides, and resources provided by Aikaro Sports Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of the academy.
•Students are strictly prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or distributing any material without prior written consent.
•Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of academy materials will result in immediate dismissal and potential legal action.
6.Non-Compete Agreement
•Upon completing their training, students agree to a five-year non-compete agreement with Aikaro Sports Academy.
•During this period, students are prohibited from establishing or working for competing training centers, academies, or organizations offering similar services and programs learned from Aikaro.
•Violation of this agreement will result in legal action and penalties as per the terms signed at registration.
7.Code of Conduct
•Students must maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout their course. Misconduct, dishonesty, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
8.Privacy and Data Security
•Aikaro Sports Academy values the privacy of its students. All personal data collected during registration will be used exclusively for administrative and academic purposes.
•Sharing sensitive information, training materials, or proprietary content of the academy with third parties is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal consequences.
9.Liability
•Aikaro Sports Academy is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training sessions or activities. Students are advised to consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness program.
10.Policy Agreement
•By enrolling at Aikaro Sports Academy, students confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies outlined here.
